Why should we Detox/Cleanse?

TO CLEANSE OR NOT TO CLEANSE? 
This is another very common question that I am asked.
My answer is always ….. YES!!!! 1 to 2 times a year as the seasons change.

WHY CLEANSE?
Our body has 3 major routes of elimination, respiration, skin and bowels/ bladder. There are ore than 80, 000 harmful chemicals in the form of pesticides, fertilizers, synthetic additives and environmental pollutants than have the potential of assaulting your body every day. These poisons are found in our homes, the foods we eat, the air we breathe, the water that we drink , the fabrics that we clothe ourselves in, and the products that we put in our skin. Imagine what these poisons are doing to your body??

WHAT ARE THE BEST CLEANSES?
You should find a cleanse that is 14 to 21 days long. The liver is the major detoxifier of our body.  It requires 7 days for sulfonication and 7 days for hydroxylacation to properly get the body to eliminate toxins.
Your cleanse should require a bland diet, light exercise and adequate amounts of rest. Never start a cleanse when you know that life is going to be stressful. A cleanse is meant to rest you rest your body not to stress it out.

May favorite cleanse is the 21 Day Purification program by Standard Process and Truestar Detox & Cleanse.  My second favorite is the NutriClear program by Biotic.

I know that there are many options but just make sure that the products are a pharmaceutical grade and offers a protocol program……
