Sugar has a very strong addictive quality and even though you know it is bad for your body….. your body just craves it like crazy! How do you stop the maddness?? Congrats to our 60 DAY Challengers!

Big Congrats!

To all of our 60 Day Challengers!

This amazing group of people began their challenge Nov 2nd and ended Dec 31st!

Imagine starting 2016 20+lbs lighter, more energy, better sleep, clearer skin, 30+cm smaller, consistent workout routine….!

It was very hard but Sherry was our Grand Winner of a Magic Bullet!

Check out Her Before & After…. AMAZING and she is not done yet:)

She lost 23+lbs, 47.5cm, Detox score went from 141 to 46! More energy, Better sleep, better digestions……

 

I also wanted to share challenger’s transformation…22% body fat to 16%! More energy, better workouts, feeling better…..

We started off with a 2 day Blast Fast, then 21 cleanse and finsished with a lifestyle change of low carb-high fat diet!
